Sequel to last week’s ‘Dillinger’ at the library bar.

It’s called a the ‘Baby Face’. Same drink as the Dillinger, only made with sage instead of Dill. That giant round garnish is a slice of ginger. Was tres delicious! Did not get me drunk enough to fail the sobriety test I took on the way home… In fairness I wasn’t pulled over. It was a checkpoint.

WARD 8

Greg at the 1886 bar offered up this Rye/Grenadine gem when I gafawed at a Sherry based drink he made called ‘the Bamboo’. I felt bad for turning down his crafty cocktail, but it lead to my new relationship the Ward 8 and he got to drink the Bamboo.

Thought I’d kick off this blog with a pic of new tattoo.  It’s the handiwork of the very talented Shawn Barber
